Da Kid Gowie + Joy DeAngela Give Their Takes on NBA All Star Weekend

Closing out our All Star Weekend takeover in Cleveland, DTLR hosted sports influencers Da Kid Gowie and Joy DeAngela. These two NBA gurus sat down for a podcast-like conversation where they discussed NBA All Star weekend and all the festivities.

The conversation took place on Saturday (before the Skills Competition, 3-point shoot out, and dunk contest) and was sponsored by our good friends at Mitchell & Ness. Gowie and Joy spoke about the Rising Stars game, the celeb game and what stood out most to them from those matchups.

Then they transitioned to giving their predictions and takes on what would happen in Saturday night’s competitions as well as Sunday’s big game. At the end, they showed off the fire throwback jerseys that M&N gifted them with and closed out another successful DTLR takeover weekend.
