Big Boogie Turned Morgan State Up For 2nd Stop of 2024 DTLR HBCU Welcome Back Tour

After an amazing show at Howard University, next up for the 2024 DTLR HBCU Welcome Back tour is Morgan State!
Before the concert officially kicked off, the Bears students flooded the campus ready for another amazing day of fun. The activations continued in full force as the students were lining up for giveaways, grabbing their free Rita’s Ice, challenging each other to NCAA ’25 at the gaming area and securing their customized tote bags courtesy of Nike and McDonald’s. Morgan sent out a batch of student vendors to outside of the Student Center where they could showcase their businesses and the various items they were selling and promoting. We love to see the entrepreneurship!
At 4pm sharp, our hosts CDK On The Mic and Fadam Got Da Juice hit the stage getting the Bears students fired up. We started off with performances from some of the Greek organizations as well as the lovely Morganette’s who kicked things off in a strong way.
From there, we had a batch of incredible performers who showed up and showed out. From Lil Pak, to RunItUp Jordan, Top Tier Shiners, Lehla Samia, Woo Da Savage, Noodah, Heaven, Skylar Blatt and more. The night was capped off by the one and only Big Boogie, our headliner for the event, who absolutely tore the stage down. It was truly a special moment as the students went crazy.
Our sponsors at Nike, McDonald’s, Ethika and the US Army helped make this tour stop special for us. The Welcome Back Tour has been an amazing experience thus far. Safe to say it’s a fun way to welcome the students back for another promising school year.
