Rihanna makes history! Forbes reports today that the superstar singer is now officially a billionaire making her the richest female musician in the world.
Worth an estimated $1.7 billion, the interesting part of her net worth is that the large majority doesn’t come from music. Instead, it comes from the value of Fenty Beauty, which Forbes now confirms she owns 50%. Much of the rest lies in her stake in her lingerie company, Savage x Fenty, worth an estimated $270 million, and her earnings from her career as a chart-topping musician and actress.
Rihanna’s second only to Oprah Winfrey as the richest female entertainer in the world as well.
